Miami International is American Airlines' Latin America gateway, so Admirals Clubs — including the flagship-scale club and the premium Flagship Lounge for eligible international and first-class flyers — anchor the lounge scene, concentrated along the D concourse (American's home). MIA's layout is a long horseshoe of concourses (D, E, F, G, H, J) connected airside, with the Skytrain running the length of Concourse D, so you can move between American's gates efficiently but reaching the far concourses is a walk. The Centurion Lounge sits in Concourse D as well, making that concourse the center of gravity for premium travelers. A MIA-specific note: international departures dominate the evening bank and the lounges fill accordingly, and the airport is large and can be disorienting — give yourself margin. Because American and its partners are so dominant, card-agnostic non-American flyers have thinner options here than at a more balanced hub.
